3-Day Return Policy

1. 3-Day Return Window & Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, exchange, or replacement, products must be returned within 3 days of receipt in their original, unused, and pristine condition with all protective packaging, tags, and seals attached.

All accompanying accessories, warranty cards, gift boxes, and manuals must be returned intact in their original state.

2. Conditions Where Goods Cannot Be Returned

In case tags or security seals are removed, or if the watch, perfume, sunglasses, or gift set has been worn, sprayed, altered, or damaged, goods cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Customized or personalized gift items cannot be returned once engraved or customized, unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer care team via WhatsApp at +254 740 330 858 or email [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your package.

2. Share your order reference number, an explanation of the request, and clear photos or video showing the intact tags, packaging, and item condition.

3. Bring the item to our Nairobi store (Shop No. 10, Kapok Hotel, Latema Road) or arrange return shipping via our authorized courier.

4. Refunds and Replacements

Following inspection and verification by our quality control team, approved replacements are dispatched immediately or refunds are processed via M-Pesa within 24 to 48 hours.
