1. Delivery Rates & Shop Pickup
We offer convenient delivery across Kenya at an affordable flat rate of KSh 200, or complimentary free pickup at our physical store in Nairobi CBD.
Shop Pickup Location: Shop No. 10, mezzanine floor, Kapok Hotel, Latema Road, Nairobi CBD (Directly opposite Maximum Miracle Centre).
2. Delivery Timelines
Nairobi CBD & Environs: Deliveries within Nairobi are completed within 24 hours. Same-day rider dispatch is available for orders confirmed before 3:00 PM.
Countrywide Shipments: Deliveries to all other Kenyan counties are dispatched daily via trusted parcel and courier partners (including Fargo Courier, G4S, Speedaf, and reputable regional parcel services). Countrywide deliveries arrive within 24 to 48 hours.
3. Dispatch Coordination & Tracking
Once you place an order on our website or via WhatsApp, our fulfillment team carefully inspects, packages, and seals your items in luxury protective packaging.
Our customer care team provides tracking details and delivery alerts via SMS, WhatsApp (+254 740 330 858), or direct phone call so you always know when your parcel is on the way.
4. Receiving Your Order & Payment
For Nairobi deliveries and in-person store pickups, you can pay upon delivery or collection via Lipa na M-Pesa or cash.
For upcountry and parcel courier shipments, dispatch is finalized upon receipt of the flat shipping fee or order confirmation.
